Location, Location, Location...and Charming Cabin Wedding
This 4th of July wedding was all about the location, love, and dancing in the dust. It was my first destination wedding and I was happier than a gopher in soft dirt. It doesn't get prettier than a huge log cabin beautifully placed on a ridge 6,800 feet above sea level. Near "The Double Gateway to the Rockies" in Lyons, Colorado, we spent forty-five minutes on a winding dirt road out to a private residence in the middle of nowhere. It was a dream. The rustic log cabin had a marvelous overlook and a flowering wooded meadow at it's peak where Amy + Jeff tied the knot, literally. This wedding was a really fun intimate casual affair full of wonderful moments, rain, sunshine, dancing, games, cheers, beers, and BBQ!
